SUSTAINABLE CHEMISTRY ADDRESSING MAJOR SOCIETAL CHALLENGES
The objectives of theCHIMENE (Sustainable Chemistry for Energy)Long-Term Thematic Project (PTL) are:
- To attract and traina new generation of high-caliber researchers and faculty members, andto ensure thelong-termpreservation of the scientific expertisedemonstrated by the Cluster’s teams;
- Toenhance thesite’sappealby leveraging other competitive funding sources with high visibility, particularly national ones (CNRS, ANR, etc.) and European ones (MSCA, ERC, etc.);
- To make sustainable developmenta central theme in all supported scientific projects.
- To anchor research at the regional and international levels.
Its goal is to address the challenges of the energy transition by placing sustainable development at the heart of its research efforts.
